As our guest, you will have views of the Atlantic and be located just steps to stunning OBX beaches. We are located very close to restaurants, shopping, the Avalon Fishing Pier and most activities. Imagine drifting away into a mellow mood in the relaxing, cozy and chic bungalow after a beach day with family and friends.

• The location! – hear the roar of the ocean, walking distance to the beach (Please keep in mind, the house is located on a direct beach access with parking, at times it can get full. Most love the feel, others may not.)

Our guests love the “Great Room” with its vaulted ceilings that connects to the kitchen and decks . There is a dishwasher on site, but you may choose to wash the dishes in the large sized farmhouse style sink. On the right day and at the right times, with the windows open, you can feel the refreshing sea breeze pass though the home. The Pineapple Bungalows features REAL hardwood bedroom floors and tile floors throughout the entire home. The master bedroom with its spa-like private bathroom is our favorite room to stay when visiting, inside you can refresh and escape for a while with the extra large rain shower head and hand held wand.

Housekeeping Notes:
To us, a very clean bungalow is of the utmost importance for our guests upon arrival. In fact, our bungalows have always had very high cleanliness standards and through cleaning + inspection process. Between each guest stay our beach bungalows are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized with EPA approved disinfectants on surfaces and common touch points.

Our cleaning process continues to evolve by implementing recommended CDC guidelines. Further, we take additional steps and train cleaners in our unique ‘Sparkling Clean” training program.

Pet Friendly Guidelines:
•$25 per night for one dog (one dog maximum only)
• Some breeds may not be permitted due to insurance requirements
• Fee will be requested via AirBnB after your reservation is confirmed

We love dogs and are happy to have your four legged family members at our bungalows. Just let us know you are bringing your dog and the breed.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home and property. For those, that enjoy clean laundry, like us, we have a quality washer + dryer set up in it’s own laundry room.

We love our OBX bungalow, it’s a great house yet, like most homes it is not perfect and not for everyone. We respect that folks have different preferences and world views. If your looking for a unique place and local experience in a great beach town to relax, spend time with loved ones, chill out, cook and rest your head after the beach then the bungalow checks all the boxes. If you’re seeking a perfect, flawless home or are super high maintenance, this is not the place for you.

Check Out Etiquette: We put a lot of time and effort to deliver great stays for our guests. If we find deliberate damage, disrespect or lack of cleanliness during the check out inspection, you will be charged fee’s to compensate our cleaners and ensure the property is ready for guests.
