Housekeeping Notes:
To us, a very clean bungalow is of the utmost importance for our guests upon arrival. In fact, our bungalows have very high cleanliness standards and a thorough cleaning + inspection process. Between each guest stay our beach bungalows are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized with EPA approved disinfectants on surfaces and common touch points.

Our cleaning process continues to evolve by implementing recommended CDC guidelines. Further, we take additional steps and train cleaners in any new cleaning standards through our “Sparkling Clean” training program.

Pet Friendly Guidelines:
•$25 per night for one dog (one dog maximum only)
• Some breeds may not be permitted due to insurance requirements
• Fee will be requested via AirBnB after your reservation is confirmed

We love dogs and are happy to have your four legged family members at our bungalows. Just let us know you are bringing your dog and the breed.

Guests have access to the entire home and property. For those, that enjoy clean laundry, like us, we have a quality washer + dryer set up in it’s own laundry room.

Check Out Etiquette: We put a lot of time and effort to deliver great stays for our guests. Ifdeliberate damage, disrespect or lack of cleanliness is identified during the check out inspection, the guest of record will be charged fee’s to compensate our cleaners and ensure the property is ready for incomming guests.

We also love sharing our favorite local places to eat and things to do. We created a guide that our guests have found helpful in planning their OBX adventure and are happy to share any specific food/activity recommendations our guests are looking for. After reserving, just ask!
